When Sally Potter isn’t producing this festival or leading monthly community singing nights, she is collaborating with Pat Madden to find incredible songs for them to share with their community.

A mainstay in the Mid-Michigan folk community, Sally was a member of the popular trio, Second Opinion, from 1988-2001. Her recent reunion with musical partner Pat Madden has given Potter the opportunity to again explore songs which, in the acoustic, folksong tradition, relate to everyday life. Six of Potter’s long-time favorites are included on their new CD, “it’s about time.”
